  1. Welcome to Paradise Bound! I’m so glad that you get to experience this place, to experience the Spirit of God here, to have the chance to spread the gospel and to have the opportunity to serve. God bless you in Guatemala!

  2. I am praying that you sleep well and have an awesome day in The village tomorrow. May the beauty of God’s creation bring you JOY!

  3. Anya said that she might be shy, but that she will look for you to say “hi”. Praying that you arrived safely, and that Monday morning can get off to a great start. Praying for safety as you travel to the LaReyna (sp?).

  4. How exciting to hear that you had over 100 kids to VBS! I drove out to the LM beach and prayed for health and energy for you! Have fun connecting with the kids.

  5. Woah, just read about all the work draining off the water. They aren’t kidding about the rainy season there. Lord Jesus, thank you for who you and are and that you are worth talking about, working for, and sharing about. Thank you for providing the only way to heaven. We ask that you break down language barriers, provide energy, strength and health. Protect the team as they drive and build and love each other and love the people of Le Reyna. We lift your name and shout aloud to the rock of our salvation! Thank you, Jesus!

  6. I’m so excited for you to be able to share this trip with some of your favorite people! I’m eager to hear about your experience. Praying for energy and health as you spread the love of Jesus.

    • It’s Saturday morning and we had a long day yesterday! Up at 5:30 every morning this week; last night we did not get home until after 1:00! It went really well and many gave their hearts to Jesus! Thank you for your wonderful encouraging notes. They have been so thoughtful! I hope your move went well! We head to Antigua today and then to the airport at 8:00 this evening. I think I will be tired enough to sleep on the plane. Thanks again for your prayers!

  7. Hi Melanie! I hope your dedication of the church was amazing! Praying that the spirit and power of God was in that place. May God protect your heart as you process so many things in the days to come. Blessings!
